Description:
This role will be a part of the Fulfillment Team (Store Front) in Collaboration Services that will deliver and implement technologies and services to Ford Motor Company. Some of their services are Telephony (IPTEL desk phones, Centrex voice lines, Cisco analog, and Voice gateways, etc.), Audio and Video Conferencing (Design conference rooms, huddle rooms and open collaboration areas- globally), Digital Signage and Cellular/Mobility. They will be meeting with customers, suppliers, and Ford Collaboration Services Product teams to gather and evaluate requirements for projects. They will need to create and improve team processes, run books and educational materials, as well as update and maintain the Fulfillment Team’s customer facing Share Point site.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Reduce Ford’s dependency on legacy Centrex and POTS technology by working with our internal customers and Ford’s telecommunications suppliers. -Manage the inventory of various Cisco IP Phones, ATA’s, voice gateways, etc. -Maintain and prepare Cisco lease equipment for return. -Responsible for the IT Connect fulfillment queues for Collaboration Services. -Create and maintain financials for specific projects -Responsible for removing fax lines from HP Printers, and interfacing with suppliers, and other product teams
