TEKsystems Hiring for IT Support/Data Entry Job at Little Rock, AR Full Time

Our client is searching for an IT Technical Support Analyst that can also help with data for a long-term contract position in Little Rock, AR that may lead to full-time employment.

This position will largely provide internal support to our clients end users. This support could range from Windows OS help, to hardware troubleshooting, installations, and upgrades. In addition to technical duties, this person must be able and willing to provide data entry and ensure data accuracy for the existing systems they have in place. This may include entering customer data, fixing old records, and ensuring everything is tracked correctly.

Qualified candidates must have some technical experience and excellent customer service.

Pay will be based on experience.

A background check is required.
