TEKsystems Hiring for REMOTE – Business Analyst – Healthcare And Contact Center Required at Atlanta, GA Full Time

Our client is searching for a Business Analyst that has worked with Contact Centers in the healthcare industry for a long-term remote position.

The BA is assigned to strategic migrations and works with our customer on discovering business requirements. The BA will document the customer’s business requirements by creating use cases, user stories and call/process flowcharts. Upon customer sign-off on the business requirements, the BA will work with the Enterprise Architect and Product Owner to develop a Technical Specifications Document (TSD) to be used by Contact Center Platform Engineers to configure the solution. The Business Analyst will act as a trusted business and technology advisor and collaborate with the customer and assigned Agile Team to document overall business needs and processes in regards to the Amazon Connect platform.

Pay will be based on experience and a drug and background check is required.
