TEKsystems Looking for Node.js Backend Developer – 100 % Remote EST at Atlanta, GA Full Time

• Practical hands-on experience with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript development
• Experience with Microservices or migration from Monolith to Microservices
• Experience with implementing and using APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Experience with AWS cloud platform
• Experience with serverless AWS Lambda
• Experience with Github and Git repositories
• Experience with infrastructure-as-a-code approach and cloud infra deployment tools
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Commercetools, VTEX, Fluent Commerce) and/or headless CMS (Contentstack, Amplience etc.)
• Data and/or Content modelling experience
• Following industry best practices: test coverage, code review, branching strategy etc.
• Working with CI/CD approach, writing automation tests and understanding necessity, OOD skills and knowledge of Design Patterns
• Experience with static and/or dynamic code analyzers, linters etc.
• Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills

• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with React
• Experience with Next.JS
• Experience with Solace

The Role

• Develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure of the software application (Node.JS)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the backend with other components
• Troubleshoot and debug backend issues to maintain system stability
• Optimize performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks
