A Recruiter Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the recruitment efforts for our client. Their specific roles and responsibilities can vary depending on the RPO project, but some typical tasks might include:

• Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent to the client requirement
• Coordinating recruitment activities with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to scheduling interviews and making job offers
• Screening resumes and interviewing candidates
• Keeping track of recruiting metrics and reporting on recruitment progress
• Maintaining relationships with the hiring manager
• Staying informed of current recruitment trends and best practices.
• Connect every day for a stand-up call with the offshore and onsite team.
• Work as an Individual Contributor.
• Involvement in strategic and out of box sourcing.
• Communicate with a high volume of candidates and prepare the candidates for the interview.
• Built a network of candidates by utilizing Boolean searches, creative strategies, and other OSINT resources.
• Maintain a wide pool of candidates for the future by networking with other employers and employees within the same industry by attending job fairs, outreaching training institutes, etc.
• Understand client KPIs and make sure to meet the standards.
• Successfully meets daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Involvement in training the team and creating a training manual for the team and the manager.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting reports to the management team.
• Attend onsite client meetings when needed.
• Recruiter Coordinator may also be involved in developing and delivering training programs to the recruitment team and other stakeholders in the organization.
• Overall, the primary goal of a Recruiter Coordinator is to ensure that the organization is able to attract, recruit and retain high-quality candidates to fill its workforce needs of our RPO Project.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per hour
