Part-time (~20 hours a week)

The Data Assistant assists with Data Management tasks and helps with supplier setup and supplier information verification.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Contact/follow up with internal requesters for missing required documents.
• Contact external suppliers for missing required documents.
• Contact/follow up for outstanding tasks

Managerial Responsibility:

• This position does not manage other workers.

Travel/Shift Requirements

• This position does not require travel and is part-time (~20 hours a week)

Physical Demands:

• The position requires sitting, standing and possibly some light lifting, less than 20 pounds

Skills and Abilities Required

• Ability to work and communicate with internal team and external trading partners for data setup.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

Education and Experience Required

• High school diploma required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
