Teleperformance USA Hiring for Global ServiceNow System Administrator at Cheyenne Full Time

Overview:

We are looking for a qualified ServiceNow Administrator with experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) to join our global digital transformation team. The ServiceNow Administrator will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a FedRAMP instance with ITSM/CSM modules.

Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform

• Work closely with the ServiceNow functional team to build requested items and tasks using workflows to manage processes from the customer to the fulfillment teams

• Develop, configure, and improve core and custom applications

• Work directly with end-users to resolve support issues within ServiceNow

• Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow in a FedRAMP hosted instance

• Develop systems integrations and process automation

• Perform installation and testing of ServiceNow updates and new releases

• Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation

• Responsible for patching and upgrading platform ensuring no more than one release behind

Qualifications:

A degree holder in business or computer science or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of ServiceNow administration focusing on ITSM and/or CSM modules

• Experience with Quebec or higher release of ServiceNow

• Experience working with Agile Project Teams

• Effective writing skills with the ability to document application configurations, system design, and architecture.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows

• Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML and XML

• Fluent English is a requirement

• Ability to engage cross-functional teams globally

• Must be a United States Citizen
