Overview:
The Citrix Netscaler ADC Engineer’s duties include providing ADC design, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting for Netscaler ADCs and associated networking equipment. They will act as the point of contact for Citrix escalations related to ADC infrastructure and their network dependencies and are responsible for identifying and applying required upgrades.
The Engineer should have proficiency in ITIL and other IT operational frameworks. He/she should be able to provide all the necessary support for a Citrix ADC Infrastructure as well as suggest changes for upgrades and improvements and be responsible for auditing their region for security and version compliance against global standards.

Provide ADC design, engineering, and advanced troubleshooting
Demonstrate expertise with Citrix ADC and implement load balancing best practices
Act as the point of contact for Citrix escalations and identify any required upgrades
Work with application teams troubleshooting application issues from a network perspective and support the
understanding of how applications function within the network
Provide support for incoming Citrix ADC tickets in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members
Perform other duties relevant to project team as assigned
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:
Work experience:
â–ª 6+ years of hands-on technical engineering and at least 5 years of ADC engineering experience in enterprise environments.
â–ª At least B1 proficiency in English
â–ª Strong knowledge of network administration, architecture and engineering in mission critical applications servicing large enterprise deployments.
â–ª Minimum of 10 years of network engineering experience in critical datacenter network environments and large multi-national networks
â–ª Demonstrable strong level of expertise in network engineering with CCNP certification or equivalent practical skills.
â–ª Demonstrable strong level of experience in Citrix ADC engineering with certification or equivalent practical skills.
â–ª Understanding of a wide variety of network equipment and networking protocols, including but not limited to; routers, switches, firewalls, denial of service mitigation, serial consoles, load balancers, DNS, remote access SSL VPN, and wireless.
â–ª Proven track record of engineering and implementing networks servicing large scale deployments.
â–ª Excellent documentation and communication skills.
