JOB SUMMARY
As an Order Management and Billing Specialist, you will ensure customer orders and invoicing are processed in an efficient and timely manner, in compliance with company requirements and quality expectations, and will help ensure an excellent customer transaction experience. While processing orders, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication with other individuals and departments, as necessary. You will also work directly with the customer in resolving billing disputes, and when the dispute cannot be resolved, escalate the dispute to the manager along with a recommendation for how to resolve. You also will process credit memos and maintain accurate records of customer data.
