Invoice & Data Entry Specialist

• Prepare, review and enter invoice related data into database/software
• Access online portals to retrieve bulk data and communicate with vendors through phone, chat, and/or email.
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
• Maintain Excel documents as needed by properly following procedure documents
• Scan and file documents
• Maintain entry of invoices in accordance with the provided timeline to ensure invoices are processed in time for payment.
• Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Team Leader for resolution.
• Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

• Contribute to team effort by achieving results.

Experience Preferred:

• Data entry
• Clerical experience
