Our Business Engagement Team serves to build trust and accuracy in sales and bookings data in order to drive higher quality output with transparency and accountability. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the Global Sales Operations’ month-end motions by auditing our client’s Deal Desk team to ensure quality output in business-critical functions performed by this team. You will ensure competency, consistency and quality across the organization and help identify knowledge gaps within Deal Desk, drive operational efficiencies and promote confidence in bookings data among internal customers.

Competencies and Responsibilities:

You will have a high level of initiative and ownership, being able to act with limited oversight on a day-to-day basis, balancing multiple priorities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English

• Available to work across Mon – Friday from 12.30pm -9pm. The schedules would be 8.5 hour days, 5 days a week.

• 1+ years’ work experience in Customer service, Order Management or Operations is a must

• Experience working with Excel is good to have

• High attention to details

• Comfortable with data

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred

• Experience in Content Review roles is desirable
