In light of recent growth, TELUS International are delighted to announce we are currently recruiting a new Senior Global Payments Manager to join our fast growing organisation. Reporting directly to the Global Payments Director, the role will involve managing the Payments team and overseeing payments for a large volume of international vendors. Managing month end and payment run processes including reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a global payments team including responsibility of direct reports
• Overseeing and signing off payments team tasks
• Overseeing month end and payment run processes, ensuring deliverables are met
• Liaising with key stakeholders across the organization
• Point of contact for internal and external audit
• Manage your team’s performance against KPIs
• Manage process improvement initiatives in the global payments area
• Managing on-going system/process changes/enhancements for the Payments team
• Various other ad-hoc reporting and analysis as and when required by finance/operations teams

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years people management experience.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
• Be flexible and willing to support multiple functions/business units.
• Knowledge and experience in implementing change within an organization.
• Be methodical and organized with good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and implement new procedures.
• BS or BA in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Applications. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential-Pivots, Functions, Macros

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: €68,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
