Purpose:

To identify user and system requirements for new websites and mobile, desktop applications. Prioritizing software development projects, setting timelines and completing tasks assigned by the management. Creating wireframes to decide on layout. Custom web, mobile, and desktop design and development and management of online activities for Tempe Tyre and Wheel Centre, Simmons Wheels for both retail and wholesale. Work in conjunction with Marketing and Sales Managers in order to increase sales and stock turnover.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and Development of robust and user-friendly web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed.

• Creation of site layout/user interface from provided design concepts by using standard HTML5/CSS3 practices.

• Creating web-based application and solutions for business-based model to ease process.

• Placement and layout of web site pages given the content provided.

• Design and creation of relational database structures.

• SQL Server T-SQL development. Application/Framework design as needed.

• Routine daily maintenance of existing sites, mobile and desktop applications. Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications.

• Take ownership of daily project needs and communications.

• Communicate project status and deliverables with Management.

• Design, create and program SQL Server databases as per project needs.

• Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.

Additional Responsibilities:

Perform other duties as directed by Management relevant to your skills and capabilities.

Capabilities, Skills & Knowledge Required:

Knowledge:

• 5+ years of rapid web development, using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ASP.Net, C#, and T-SQL preferred

• Strong skill set in .NET/Java, PHP and Android APK application design and development is must have.

• Front-end web development experience in JavaScript framework

• Experience in Web and Windows services development

• Experience in python development

• Experience with payment integration services

• End-end responsibility of code design, development and deployment.

• Relevant Qualifications ideally in Computer Science or similar

• Understanding of other compiled languages.

• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)

• Experience of development using web technologies

• Experience building web and native apps

• Experience using social media and third-party APIs

• Knowledge in Bootstrap is must have

• GIT knowledge is required and preferred but not mandatory

• Experience in ecommerce development.

Skills/Abilities:

• Proven experience as well as a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Programming.

• A solid understanding of web, mobile and desktop application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.

• End to end requirement analysis, technical documentation, solution design, development and deployment experience.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred.

• PHP frameworks.

• Creative design skills.

• Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO.

• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and suppliers while leading development to a completed and successful solution.

• Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets.

• Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.

Salary: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
