We are working with a healthcare technology company in Bethpage who is looking for a front desk/cusomer support associate on a temp to hire basis. Responsibilities include:
· Acting as the liaison between various departments int he company for customer repair issues and requests
· Logging and preparing daily customer repairs
· Closing out all shipping tasks for the day.
· Investigate billing discrepancies.
· Provide customer updates on their orders and ensure all necessary email communications are sent
· Coordinate the refund process with accounting
· Track customer shipments
· Take and direct incoming calls
· Distribute packages to other departments as needed
Skills:
· Customer Service experience a plus either in a retail or office setting
· Comfortable communicating with all levels of company staff
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Positive attitude
· Team Player
· Multitasking
· Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $21.50 per hour
