Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and execution of company events
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for outsourced staff, job posting, interview arrangement, onboarding, etc.
- Work closely with recruitment agencies on the administrative processes like Payroll, Timesheet, OT and etc. for outsourced staff
- Participate in HR projects to enhance employer branding and employee experience
- Assist in implementing HR policies or procedures
- Oversee the performance appraisals for employee
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in related discipline with minimum 5-7 years of working experiences
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managerial or administrative position and a proven record of excellent performance
- Familiar with the Labour Law, MOM regulations, and human resources practices in Singapore
- Hands-on experience in organizing large-scale recruitment campaigns
