TempsNZ is a small recruitment and outsourcing agency looking to grow the ‘Facilities Maintenance’ line of business. The person that we are looking for is going to start off doing the cleaning and taking over our existing contracts and agreements with our customers in the residential and commercial sectors.
As we progress and get our presence out there, we are looking to keep hiring cleaning staff, so the duties of this person will change and improve accordingly, towards becoming a Supervisor/Area Manager. Overall duties for this role are:
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Visit potential clients and sell our service.
- Quote potential projects that include cleaning and other third party maintenance contractors (Handyman, WaterBlasting, Gardening, Landscaping, Painting etc)
- Recruit more cleaning staff as the work volume increases.
- Add more sub contractors to potentially partner with.
- Great communication skills are a must.
- Outstanding customer support is essential for the success of this role.
- Ability to work out deals involving third-parties.
- Quoting experience of any kind.
- Be organized, as there will be a lot of logistics involved to pull out a successfull outcome.
