As a partnerships manager you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships across the globe with business partners in the Tendencys ecosystem while also developing strategies to increase revenue, brand awareness and commercial relationships with top brands.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with partners to increase the brand and revenue. Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including , lead sharing, and partnership events and report on key and report on key metrics.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Research partners, identify top players and build brand awareness.
• Work with senior management, marketing teammates and the sales team to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with company’s contract guidelines and policies
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization – you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or partnerships events.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce and business accelerators in the countries where we operate.
• Develop relationships with embassies of multiple countries.
• Build an organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning.
• Create and develop a global plan of strategic alliances (Ecommerce Platforms).

Main objectives

• Leads and month over month revenue growth.
• Churn reduction.
• Time resolution to clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Job experience or a vast knowledge of any shopping cart (Wix, Shopify, Woocommerce, etcetera)
• Strong Leadership to create, adapt and drive change
• Strategic thinking: Frame a problem and the ways to find a solution
• +3 years of partnerships or a senior position in operations or fast-growth startup preferred
