Skills: 1-2 years clerical experience in office environment. Professional phone etiquette and prompt routing of calls. Accurate data entry skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to interface with all levels of management. Good verbal, reading and communication skills. Must be confidential and organized. Detail orientation a must. Must be punctual with an excellent attendance record and display pleasant and cooperative attitude.
