Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Be a part of our dynamic young team, delivering a world class experience
• Ensure restaurant presentation and set up is a consistently high standard
• Present our version of hospitality, serving food and beverage offering that is locally driven, flavor first
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of our food & beverage menus as well as contributing to them
• Able to maintain attentive, friendly service while busy and under pressure
• Professional & courteous work ethic
