Tesla Looking for Warehouse Storeperson at Auckland, Auckland, New Zealand Full Time


What To Expect
We have an exciting opportunity to join the TESLA warehouse in our Auckland team. Based in Mangere, the warehouse manages the movement of Parts for our Electric Vehicle supply chain through to our Service Centres. We’re searching for experienced new team members who have the drive and motivation to support us in accelerating the world’s transition to sustainability.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to all warehouse duties and help the team achieve all KPI targets.
  • Work in and support all areas of the warehouse.
  • Load, unload and stage freight.
  • Sort and put away incoming goods, both by machine and hand pick.
  • Pick and pack outgoing goods, both by machine and hand pick
  • Inventory control tasks.
  • Report any inefficiencies and productivity improvements.
  • Follow safety guidelines & procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
  • Report any equipment damages or repairs needed.
  • Uphold all Tesla values.

  • Must have high safety awareness and standards.
  • Customer focused mentality & a team player.
  • Experience and skill in driving LF and/or LO equipment.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety. of shifts, including weekends where required (with appropriate compensation).
  • Computing skills and ability to use warehouse tools (RF Scanners, WMS, etc)
  • Forklift license is advantageous.
  • Experience in the logistics Automotive/Parts industry is advantageous.
