Job Description

Employee Classification:

Typical Work Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week

Mobile and Stationary Team Roles:

The primary role of this position is facilitating and managing Mobile / Stationary Covid-19 Testing sites for a variety of clients. Team members will work collaboratively to accomplish the following administrative and medical logistics to administer Covid-19 tests:

Administrators:

• Greet patients
• Confirm and or assist with patient registration
• Print patient barcodes and place on log sheet with all pertinent information
• Direct patient to testing location
• Collect samples from testing staff to confirm testing occurred
• Ensure quantity of samples and barcodes match for final sample count
• Prepare paperwork for courier to transport to lab for processing
• Support Covid-19 Testing team as needed

Clinical Logistics / Sample Observers:

• Greeting clients in line
• Verifying legal name and date of birth for each client before labeling test tubes and bags
• Observing nasal to ensure it is done according to the testing protocols
• Bagging sample and preparing for administrative confirmation
• General crowd control, safety compliance (6 feet distancing and mask use)
• Other duties as assigned

Additional Information:

• Team members are responsible for setting up testing site one hour prior to testing.
• Check-in with Health and Safety Supervisor or Health and Safety team member.
• Patient check-in, identification verification, log patient barcodes, and audit samples.
• Manage samples to ensure secure chain of custody to transport to designated lab via courier.
• Maintain supplies and order as needed
• Testing will occur primarily outdoors
• Training and medical delegation provided
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds
• Must have basic technology skills
• Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• PPE will be provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
