What would your day look like?

• Collaborate with your marketing teammates to develop innovative new digital campaigns and design assets
• Ensure our sales & marketing materials communicate clearly, are on brand, and delight the users
• Deliver and publish creative assets for multiple digital channels, including the website, blog, presentations, virtual and physical events, ads, social media, webinars, email marketing, and more
• Leverage video, motion graphics, and interactive experiences to increase engagement and bring our brand to life
• Take on project management and stakeholder communication responsibility from scoping to launch
• Contribute to scalable design systems, documentation, guidelines, and libraries
• Ensure marketing, sales, and company assets are consistent in tone, identity, and design direction across all touchpoints

What you need to succeed?
Technical Skills

• 3+ years of full-time experience creating graphic, digital, and visual design (e.g., web pages, landing pages, digital graphics, slides, one-page overviews, eBooks, etc.) with an agency and/or B2B organization
• Understand Visual Design as a discipline and a practice
• Strong interest in web design with demonstrated WordPress experience
• Digital design portfolio that demonstrates your creativity, curiosity, and quality
• Advanced command of standard design applications such as In-Design, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and iconography to support brand development
• Experience using project management tools
• Ability to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes

• Able to prioritize, problem solve and deliver in a dynamic environment
• Explain and discuss design decisions eloquently, and give design feedback
• Autonomously take full ownership of your work, and take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
• Excited to keep up with the latest design trends and hone your artistic instincts
• Comfortable working 100% remote with a global team across multiple regions
• A passion for cool design and experiences for all things Testlio
