The opportunity
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Ensure HR support for the unit/site(s) assigned.
Support employee lifecycle “hire to retire” in partnership with HR Shared Services (if applicable) including: hire, rehire, on-boarding, transfer, promotion, demotion, leave of absence, and separation.
Consult line managers to execute promotion and demotion process.
Facilitate and consult on deployment, assignments and LOA.
Execute employee on-boarding program together with the managers
Partners with the Global HRBPs and Country HRD to execute the HR plan of the country / business unit.
Provide support and coaching to line managers regarding all people processes.
Manage recruitment process together with the local CoE for site based individual contributor and team leader roles at the L4 level and below.
Coordinate and facilitate the performance and talent management processes for the specific local BUs and/or site(s)
Management and administration of unionized personnel
Your Experience And Qualifications
Education: University degree in applicable discipline
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience for HRM in any kind of plant
Partners effectively through collaboration and has ability to influence
Execution focus, project management skills
Experience In Global (matrix) Organization Preferred
Experience in change management
Experience in managing unionized personnel
Business acumen
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Customer Orientation
Autonomous, flexible and adaptable
Flexibility and ability to travel within region
Advanced English
