• Participation in definition, design and requirements of new products/services/processes, or enhancements/upgrades and subsequent implementation and conversions

• Responsible for workflow and impact analysis, procedures and training, issue identification and resolution, implementation planning, test strategy and execution, conversion and post conversion support

• Support for creation, modification and ongoing review of processes and procedures for the department

• Project management duties for tracking, scheduling and status reporting for minor projects and ad-hoc requests

• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to ensure minor projects run smoothly and efficiently

• Demonstrate leadership abilities using appropriate influencing and consensus building to managed expectations and cultivate relationships at all levels within the organization

• Serves as subject matter expert applications and processes

• Manage various operational processes including reporting and follow-up

• Foster an environment within the department that ensures an exceptional client experience

• Ability to work independent and provide management-level support within the business unit

• Excellent judgment required to make department level decisions

• 7-10 years experience in bank operations, either as an analyst or within an operating department

• College degree in business or communications or equivalent work experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Previous exposure and/or experience in new product development, system installations and department consolidations a plus

• Previous exposure to project lifecycle preferred

• Strong proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Project and MS Visio for reports, analysis, and presentation creation and preparation required

• Will have excellent analytical, research, writing and interpersonal skills and will work effectively with users, vendors and management

• Must be detail-oriented, well organized, a self-starter and able to work independently

• Must possess willingness to assume ownership of assigned tasks, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to resolution in an accurate and timely manner

• Must have a proven ability to work effectively in a multi-task environment

• Must demonstrate strong leadership including change management

• Must demonstrate good judgment in researching, recommending, and implementing creative solutions to complex situations

• Ability to travel as needed
