The Treasury Solutions Officer is responsible for independently building and growing their business or market by developing and driving a Treasury Management strategy, establishing high Line of Business engagement, accelerating business development and managing portfolio growth objectives
Demonstrates strong business and/ or market expertise and capable of conducting productive conversations confidently from CFO through Technology level conversations specific to the industry
Owns financial and production results
Leads, develops and drives a strong Treasury Management Line of Business and/ or Market Strategy Build
Proactive and continuous education
Competitive hunger to the be the best among peers
At least 70% of the TSO time should be spent in front of clients and prospects
100% ownership of end-to-end client experience from deal development, onboarding and client service handoff
Strong portfolio management process

Bachelor Degree in Finance strongly preferred, Accounting or Business; Master’s preferred or equivalent work experience
Minimum of seven years’ bank treasury management or other financial sales/consultant experience required
Excellent relationship management skills – experience of managing relationships across a variety of internal cross functional departments and senior leadership and externally with vendors and clients required
Proven negotiation and active listening skills required
Strong oral presentation and written communication skills required
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills required
