We are seeking positive, outgoing individuals to join our team of Office Assistants. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and excellent communication skills. This individual will be responsible for answering phones, scheduling appointments, receiving packages and processing payments. In addition, the Office Assistant will be expected to maintain office supplies and assist with general office duties.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and provide basic customer service.
• Collect, process, and route mail.
• Answer phones.
• Organize information.
• File data.
• Fax documents.
• Maintain contact lists.
• Schedule meetings and conferences.
• Provide general office support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
