Duratech is looking for an Office Asistant to assist with general office help!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Answering phone calls
· Welcoming visitors
· Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
· Entering AP invoices/ matching PO invoices
· Processing check runs
· Issuing AR invoices and following up with customers
· Other duties as directed by Office Manager
Essential Qualifications
· Must be able to pass background screening
· Strong customer focus
· Demonstrated attention to detail
· Ability to comply with instruction and comprehend rules and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
