Duties & Job description:

We are looking for a recruiter based in Northern Ireland to assist with delivering health care professionals to our client who provides medical assessments across NI (Belfast & Foyle)

Duties:

• Resourcing- via the database, job sites, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media
• Screen & interview suitable candidates via telephone
• Liaise with the account manager & send suitable candidates over
• Arrange interviews, briefing candidates and providing all necessary information in regard to role and opportunity
• Providing feedback outcomes to the candidates
• Work towards targets & KPI’s
• Providing stats and data for weekly meetings with the client
• General admin & support for candidates
