T&G Global Looking for Project Coordinator (6 Month Fixed Term) at Ellerslie, Auckland Full Time

About the opportunity:

T&G is embarking on an enterprise-wide digital transformation as we upgrade our SAP environment to S/4HANA. We are in the design phase of the programme, so it’s a brilliant time to join us as a Project Coordinator, starting in January 2023 on a six-month fixed term covering parental leave.

As the right hand to our Programme Manager, you’ll gain exposure to every facet of our digital transformation programme and work with the latest tech including SAP S/4HANA and Jira. You definitely won’t be bored in this fast paced, varied, and dynamic role. Key responsibilities include;

• Management of the programme plan ensuring best practice governance and project management methodology
• Help to shape the structure of programme management processes
• Programme tracking, reporting, and stakeholder status updates
• Identifying risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder actions
• Creating programme artefacts such as governance documents, structure updates and resource plans
• Coordinating meetings, workshops, and steering committee documentation
• Ensuring the transformation team, key stakeholders, and external consultants are supported within the programme

About you:

We’re looking for a super organised, proactive person who is always one step ahead! You’re a master wrangler who can bring people together, juggling all the balls at once and making sure no detail is missed. You rise to a challenge, have a solution focus, and a resourceful approach.

Ideally you have Project Coordinator experience in a digital transformation or general business change / PMO environment, but we’re also open to administrators / coordinators with an interest in gaining project management experience. We will teach you everything you need to know, and you’ll come out of this contract with a valuable new network and skillset.
