TGF Hiring for Remote Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a responsible person with good communication skills who expects to take direction well and who can be trusted to carry out the company’s business with little supervision. The position calls for someone who is highly organized and has knowledge of proper telephone etiquette and how to deal with difficult people in a professional manner. We’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and dependable individual to be part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers’ questions in a knowledgeable manner.
• File customer service complaints and follow up on issues until resolution.
• Answer customer service calls and resolve issues over the phone.
• Know how to handle difficult customers’ complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
