We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Research & Technology team.
The successful person will: Support activities pertaining to the VP; make travel arrangements for supported staff and foster efficient working relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manages administration documentation and reports for the domain, reporting directly to the VP, Research & Technology
Organizes travel, arranges and schedules meetings, produces various reports and correspondence, maintains and coordinates proper approval levels and is responsible for providing day to day administrative support
Assists the Manager, R&T with the day-to-day support for direct reports
Other activities as required
Required Skills and Experience:
Post secondary education or equivalent
5 or more years of professional experience
Proficient with Windows Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Self starter able to work under minimal supervision and under pressure
Excellent organizational skills
Pleasant and professional manner
