The Appliance Center Hiring for Live Chat Specialist at Remote Full Time
Responsibilities
- Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Create relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- This position is also a remote position in which you will be working from home
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service
- Strong telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to adapt to different personalities
- Must Live and Reside in the US
