The successful candidate will respond to tenant requests, participate in property preventative maintenance programs, monitor and investigate utility anomalies, oversee contractors and perform maintenance on HVAC equipment. Additional responsibilities include:
The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years’ experience in commercial office building maintenance or operations with a ticket or certificate in a related technical field. You possess great relationship building skills both with tenants and as part of the Operations Team. You have an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
