Quality Assurance Advisor (Education)
Location: Home based with expected travel across the UK
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum dependent upon experience
Hours: 40 hours a week

Aurora is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities.
Working from home (with expected regular travel across the UK) we’re currently looking for a Quality Assurance Advisor to ensure that the quality and assurance systems, policies and processes in our schools and colleges are embedded and effective.
The role
We expect all our sites to be rated Outstanding or Good. Reporting to our Quality Assurance Director; your role will be to review our sites against Ofsted criteria and Independent School standards to enable us to maintain and develop high quality provision.
Your reviews will be thorough, appropriate and fair and you’ll ensure the findings in your reports are effectively followed up with corrective and/or preventative measures.
You will work collaboratively with site leadership teams to ensure a ‘ready for inspection’ ethos, including delivering training and ensuring robust assurance evidence is available on every site.
Making judgements on the inspection readiness and the quality of our education provisions and providing recommendations will require the candidate to come with a high level of credibility and in depth knowledge of education legislation, regulation and best practice.
This will be a great role for candidates who like the variety that comes with taking ownership for quality and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
