Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance is looking to appoint two Cancer Workforce and Education Managers to work closely with the Programme Lead and Programme Director for Workforce and Education to drive forward delivery of the Greater Manchester Cancer Workforce Strategy on behalf of Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance.
The post holders will be part of the Workforce and Education Team, supporting delivery of the workforce and education programme, implementing initiatives, and managing a portfolio of workforce and education projects, identified to support the required expansion of skills and transformation of the Cancer Workforce as outlined in the National Cancer Workforce Plan and National and Regional People Plans.
The post-holders will play a key role in ensuring that by having the right mix of skills and effective working across teams and care settings, the needs of people affected by Cancer are better met.
