The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a Product Lead to lead planning, execution, and delivery of new or improved digital data and analytics products and solutions. This role will translate business needs to product features and functionality to drive growth objectives. Is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects according to plan.
What You’ll Do for Us
The Analytics Product Lead key responsibilities are:
Works closely with business leaders to understand business needs and demand for new or improved functionality and features of an analytics product(s). Will design and execute solutions to address opportunities.
Is accountable for translating data requirements to Data delivery teams to enable strategic analytics and solutions and driving data ingestion and ETL agenda
Is a SME in the advanced analytics specialty area, and the processes and techniques to access and leverage optimal solutions.
Will assess, capture, and translate complex business requirements into technical requirements, use cases, and execute design with clear concise documentation.
Implements descriptive analytics, data visualization products, advanced analytics and machine learning models to solve for critical business questions and processes and leads the team upskilling path on advanced analytics area. Works closely with Data Science global team to ensure best practices implementation and a single advanced analytics agenda for LATAM.
Sets and communicates the product strategy and roadmap.
Maintains the product backlog and has final decision rights on overall priority order.
Facilitates change management, adoption, and delivery of the product. Is accountable for the analytics products adoption from the business.
Tracks and monitors and make recommendations on the utilization, quality and overall value of the product.
Collaborates with key stakeholders, product teams, and product development and engineering teams to develop and implement new functionality and resolve product issues.
Lead a team of product owners and analysts to ensure portfolio of analytics products and solutions deliver value to the business at pace and scale.
You will ensure, when appropriate, that your team follow strong product management and agile ways of working
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent required
10+ of Data and Analytics leadership and/or management experience
Data, Digital or IT Product Management and Agile/ DevOps experience
Experience with Python and accessing data in cloud environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills; facilitation skills with ability to influence change at higher levels
Demonstrated ability to understand technical approach & drive technical discussions
Proven analytical skills – can process information quickly to drive decisions in a timely manner
Functional experience in Marketing and/ or Commercial business domains
Comfort in holding team members accountable for achieving their goals
Leads by example, creates a sense of urgency, energy and ownership
Strong sense of self- awareness, can relate well, learn quickly and adapt to changes in fast paced environment while remaining calm under pressure
Experience working in multinational companies with global, cross-functional teams
Desirable to have experience in Customer- Consumer online and offline process mostly in Food / Beverages companies (sales, execution, distribution, pricing, data and distribution)
