What You’ll Do for Us:
The Costa Marketing Coordinator role exists to:
Act as a key liaison in marketing matters between Costa Coffee and existing partners in the market (e.g. bottlers + Santa Clara Stores)
Ensure business growth by defining targets, designing brand | commercial | sales strategies, establishing required reporting & governance, and managing day-to-day relationships. Includes support in communication and activation guidelines required by the partner.
Guarantee an ideal consumer experience with the platform, through market insights, consumer proposition, communication strategy, POS, and market activation.
Work together with the Coca-Cola bottler Operations in charge of the Costa platforms, to ensure branding, consumer activation experiences, promotions, and other enablers.
Identify, address, and resolve complex problems with end-to-end solutions that may require collaboration with team members, Company associates, Customer corporate representatives or third-party suppliers.
Leadership role with creative agencies and bottlers, to develop relevant experiences to achieve consumer awareness and trial which generate purchase consideration.
Be the brand guardian with bottlers and PTS customers, making sure the brand guidelines and experiences established in the toolkit are being followed.
Make decisions towards smart investments that help us achieve profitable growth, always standing by brand guidelines and essence of each customer’s brand.
Use creativity to lead the powerful campaigns transmitting the correct messages for each region and customer.
Understanding business models and implementing a harmonious integration of the Costa brand with each customer with the support of creative agencies.
Brief agencies to create or develop experiences, shopper, and communication strategies, and later on ensure that partners execute these in the correct manner.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or another related field.
1+ years of manufacturing and/or procurement experience in the Coffee & Food Service industry.
Demonstrated ability to model various business scenarios and analyze resulting costs, impacts, risks, and benefits to inform and recommend business solutions.
Ability to read, interpret, and suggest improvements to contracts and other legal agreements.
Well refined understanding of continuous improvement concepts and principles.
Demonstrate the ability to assemble and analyze large quantities of data and conduct in depth analysis of the data, such as should-cost models, benchmarking, etc.
The ability to create a strategic plan that addresses customer needs while also driving company profitability is required.
