Position Overview:
The Digital Workplace Business Intern will assist with two major projects:
1) Microsoft Stream Migration: identify and document requirements, support team routines, and manage pro gress across a cross functional project team to successfully migrate to the new platform. Additionally, communications and change management support will be needed to ensure employees are set up for success with the updated experience.
2) Establish a Digital Workplace Super User Community to share best practices and helpful resources across regions and functions, with the goal of having these community members
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Stream Migration:
· I dentify target user groups and carry out interviews or other types of inquiry to help understand user needs
· Validate requirements and business needs for cross-functional teams and aligning those requirements to the broader backlog
· Document key requirements and user stories
· Partner with Digital Workplace Product Owners to define and build product solutions
· Collaborate with team member to ensure quality deliverables
· Establish, build and maintain strong relationships across the company
Super User Community:
· Develop super user community strategy (Objectives and Key Results, Yammer community, routines and cadences, content calendar, metrics
· Create and execute plan to identify and recruit a group of Digital Accelerators (advocates, super-users, role models) to help support the overall adoption goals and to expand the reach of the Engagement Team and Digital Champion Network
· Craft content strategy and calendar, levering existing materials
· Develop plan for nurturing and growing engagement across community and connections with our Digital Champion Network
· Identify strategy for increasing community membership
· Develop success metrics and measurement approach
· Kick off community with launch communications, event and 1st live meeting in July / Aug.
Education Requirements:Following Course of Study in CIS, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.Functional Skills:
· Experience with documenting requirements
· Experience in conducting user research and interviews
· Experience with agile methodologies
· Experience with change management, building relationships and credibility with diverse teams
· Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint
