Why being part of Coca-Cola Latin America?
We’re accelerating our momentum as the fastest growing large consumer goods company in Latin America. People are our focus when we’re collaborating with our diverse network of locally connected bottling partners, and when we’re returning every drop of water we use to communities and nature. We empower our employees to challenge the status quo, make bold recommendations, experiment and adapt, so we can grow together and make a great business even better.
What you’ll do for us:
Key Objective: ensure the optimal portfolio placing and display to maximize consumer/shopper interaction and sales, and meet the financial targets for the categories, by setting right architecture, space allocation, planogram, visual merchandising and stock management.
Key Deliverables: use data-driven planograms to ensure that our portfolio have the right amount/quality of shelf space and also the correct placement on the drop. Engage retailers to implement the suggested plans, aligned with their strategy, to contribute to the overall performance of the business.
Ensure correct product assortment is provided to the consumer/shopper path at the right price and at the right time. This is achieved through data analysis of market and shopper behavior to define and implement a strategy that increases inventory turnover across the portfolio. Consider competitive landscape and decide which products to add to a range or to eliminate, if necessary.
Floor Planning: design store layout, considering the store flow, aisle spacing and creation of hot spots.
Assortment planning: define the product range to fulfill consumer/shopper needs and achieve Customer targets. This can be for an individual store or for different clusters.
Space Allocation and Management: use data analysis to allocate shelf space according to the performance of each product.
Visual Merchandising: through the use of planograms, display products in a way that is visually appealing to the consumer/shopper. Use tools, such as brand blocking.
Inventory Control: analyze days on hand to ensure that a product has enough facings on a shelf to avoid out of stocks and over stocked products.
Promotion Planning: collaborate to plan and implement defined promotions and marketing strategies.
