In 2020 we launched the Flavored Alcohol Beverage (FAB) brand Topo Chico Hard Seltzer in Latin America. Due to the category growth, we are expanding our product innovation and looking for pioneers that know how to expand their thinking and bring new ideas to life. In this role you will be responsible for leading Planning and Performance, Generating and submitting FAB (Flavored Alcohol Beverage) estimates & forecasting reports to multiple stakeholders within the zone.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Planning and Performance Tracking Specialist for Brazil and South Cone you will act as an intrapreneur to build and lead a “start-up” in Latin America with the resources and backing of The Coca-Cola Company.
What You’ll Do For Us
Generate and submit FAB (Flavored Alcohol Beverage) estimates & forecasting reports to multiple stakeholders within the zone
Develop Alcobev estimates and forecasting scenarios for the Operating Units for all the projects in the different regions, markets and categories, as well as generate tailored reports to comply with specific requirements and audiences and submit all related reports to multiple stakeholders within and outside the Operating Units. It is also responsible for project´s implementation tracking to provide insights in project´s scalation potential
This role contributes to the generation of added-value analysis. Supports FAB (Flavored Alcohol Beverage ) and Distribution Partners General Manager and franchise operations Leaders (Market Development Managements) by translating raw data into meaningful insights/eye opener analysis decision making/analyses of opportunities.
Proactive & curious to combine existing and new sources of information to recommend through an informed project´s potential, performance & areas of improvement
Provide recommendations on dashboards/reports for business tracking based on best practices and own insights
Responsible for the tracking of the projects and KPIs in the market, working in partnership with FAB (Flavored Alcohol Beverage ) and Distribution Partners in-market roles and Franchise strategic integration to understand best practices, areas of adjustment & replication for projects implementation.
Internal business reporting and day-to-day interactions with FAB (Flavored Alcohol Beverage ) and Distribution Partners in-market teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
Ideal candidate will have previous Experience working in Alcobev Industry
3-5 years of experience in the areas of Analysis and Forecasting in the consumer goods industry or in business -commercial planning/strategy teams
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required (Master’s or MBA degree is highly preferred)
Languages requirements: Fluent Portuguese, Advanced English; Spanish is desired
Highly analytical capabilities, familiar with sources of information (Nielsen, Euromonitor, etc) but also with non-traditional ones (interviewing industry experts, industries reports, online information)
Multi-country and multi-cultural market responsibility highly desired
Key Knowledge requirements: analytical Skills, Data Modelling Capabilities & Presentation Skills, Business Acumen, tracking information tools, customer data, online interviewing experts, project management.
