E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

This premium, high-end fashion retailer is looking for an experienced, motivated & creative E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to lead the E-Commerce team at their Grey Lynn head office.

An exciting opportunity to advance your career in the fashion industry working with two iconic New Zealand designer brands alongside a sophisticated edit of international labels.

The successful applicant will manage the daily operations of the online store, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience with a focus on increasing online reach, sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily online store operations ensuring fast, efficient customer fulfilment, timely & effective customer communication and accurate stock control
• Plan, create and deliver engaging digital marketing content in a timely and efficient manner resulting in increased online traffic, sales and margin
• Actively promote in-house and international designer brands
• Monitor website performance, sales data and customer behavior to enhance Direct to Customer engagement
• Ensure continuing development, maintenance and compatibility of the company’s e-commerce infrastructure including Shopify, Klaviyo, Counter Intelligence etc
• Lead and motivate a small team to expedite timely and efficient workflow

Key skills:

• Significant e-commerce/digital marketing management experience
• Well organized and efficient with a high degree of attention to detail and initiative
• The ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong interest in fashion and design
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high level of computer competency
• Proficient with Adobe Suite, Shopify, Microsoft Office, Klaviyo or similar
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business
• Retail experience would be advantageous
