Assistant Front Office Manager at The Croke Park

Contract type: Permanent Full Time

The Role

As our Assistant Nights Manager, you will be an ambassador for the hotel as well as the team you are leading. Assisting with managing the daily operations of our Front Desk team and working alongside our Nights Manager, you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests, whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved.

The role will entail full responsibility for the building during the quiet hours of 11pm-730am to include management of the nights front office and cleaning team, F&B service for our guests in house and robust safety and security checks

Continuous learning and development within your role will be encouraged and supported through our extensive Learning and Development catalogue and led by our adaptable and dedicated Management team.
