The Role

As our Bars Manager, you will be an ambassador for the hotel as well as the team you are leading. Leading and proactively managing the day to day operations of our F&B Bars Team in what is an exceptionally diverse role. You will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests, whilst ensuring standards are maintained and targets are achieved. The role offers the opportunity to drive all aspects of the Bars operation from daily operations, ‘match days’ where an excess of 7000 guests can come through your door, to VIP guest management, private dinners and everything in between!

People management is key within our management team- we are passionate about our people and so are our managers! You will assist the senior hotel management in driving every aspect of our employee journey to ensure yourself and your colleagues continue to find Croke Park Hotel to be a ‘Great Place to Work’. We close our doors to the public over the Christmas period to ensure our team members enjoy a well deserved break, so working hours during this time are shared with a skeleton team and allow all of our managers and team to spend time with their family and friends
