£40,000 – £45,000 per annum, 12 months Maternity Cover- 35 hrs pw
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a CPD Trainer who will ensure high quality delivery of CPD and implement a Train the Trainer model.
The post-holder will work nationally to deliver face-to-face or live-online CPD sessions, including Train the Trainer programmes, across the range of ETF Professional Development provision with a particular focus on supporting existing and new T Level providers.
The role will report into the Lead CPD Trainer and will be responsible for training selected delivery partners through a four-stage process; product training, co-delivery, observation, and independent delivery monitored through a quality assurance cycle, as well as maintaining, developing and evolving positive relationships with delivery partners, through monitoring, mentoring and coaching to improve delivery.
Finally the post will be responsible for assessing the progression and quality of our delivery partner trainers at all stages of the course progression, including ongoing assessments when delivery partners have moved to independent delivery.
