The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a fixed term Programme Administrator, who will provide high-quality administrative support to the ETF’s “Industry Insights” programme, ensuring a positive customer experience for participants, managing communications with individuals and administering applications.
This role will report into the Programme Delivery Manager and be responsible for providing administrative support to project-work, including taking full ownership of delegated tasks and responsibilities, raising purchase orders and processing other financial functions.
The role will also support with the scheduling, organising, co-ordinating meetings and events as well as assist with preparation for events and meetings including supporting with presentations, reports and handouts.
Finally the role will work alongside the Employer Engagement Team and provide support with the administrative processes surrounding the Industry Insights programme, including liaising with employers and providers in the completion of associated documentation and maintaining internal tracking systems.
