FULL Time – Commission + Bonuses

Seeking Solar Sales Representatives

Experience: Entry Level – Experienced

Tier Incentives and bonuses are also added to commissions.

Requirements

• Highly motivated sales professionals

• In-home sales experience preferred but not required

• Lead generation capabilities

• Trainable and Coachable

• Excellent communication skills

• Being bilingual is a plus

• Cultivate lasting relationships with the customer through solid rapport

Responsibilities

· Generate solar energy customer leads in a door-to-door and referral based sales approach. Those with experience will continue with self-customized approaches in sales.

· Prepare proposals, quotes, contracts, or presentations for potential solar customers.

· Select solar energy products, systems, or services for customers based on electrical energy requirements, site conditions, price, or other factors.

· Calculate potential solar resources or solar array production for a particular site considering issues such as climate, shading, and roof orientation.

· Gather information from prospective customers to identify their solar energy needs.

· Record keeping for clients.
