We are looking for a Customer Experience Officer to oversee venue operations and event management to ensure the smooth running of front-of-house services with the objective of giving outstanding service and a great experience to our patrons with the arts.
You will be responsible to liaise with ticketing agent and internal departments for event configuration for Esplanade programmes. Manage ticketing inventory and provide administrative support related to ticketing.
