The Gate House Team at Compass Hiring for Part-time Bookkeeper at Remote Full Time

A wedding venue and bridal boutique are seeking a part time bookkeeper to calculate and enter tax data in excel spreadsheets. Data is pulled from various sources and then combined to match bank statements. The ideal candidate is an experienced bookkeeper who possesses strong mathematical and problem solving skills. This remote work position would be for approximately 10 hours a month. There are no set hours, but deadlines must be met.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

· Is an experienced bookkeeper with strong mathematical and problem solving skills
· Is experienced with programs such as Excel and Paypal
· Has excellent time management and is able to prioritize work based on deadlines and urgency
· Has experience with platforms such as Airbnb and Homeaway
· Is able to navigate through multiple online programs to find the necessary data
· Is a team player and works well with other support staff
· Can be available occasionally for brief blocks of time between Monday to Friday, 9-5 for training and/or if the candidate needs assistance from a full time staff member.
