The GLD Shop Hiring for Customer Service Agent at Remote Full Time

We are looking for outgoing & energetic people to join our amazing team in providing exceptional customer service. Agent priority will be to address all customer inquiries, from providing order tracking details to answering product questions as well as assisting customers with returns and exchanges. This is a remote full-time position. Agents will assist customers via live chat, calls, and email support from their home office. Includes paid on the job training.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• Morning shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekday and weekend shifts

Qualifications:

• Ability to take live calls, chats, and email support tickets from a quiet uninterrupted home office environment.
• Flexible schedule
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Zendesk: 1 year (Required)
• Shopify: 1 year (Required)
• ShipStation: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
