The Good Charcoal Company Hiring for Reception/Administrative Assistant at Remote Full Time

About us: The Good Charcoal Company emerged as an idea between two old friends, Ben and Rob, in 2020 amid a very trying and tumultuous time in our nation. Their idea was threefold: deliver the best made chemical-free hardwood lump charcoal in the US, feed Americans experiencing food insecurity, and improve the economic prosperity of farmers in Namibia while restoring grassland habitats to their native state. So far, so Good!

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support for our logistics team. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to assist the team with a variety of administrative tasks including the following responsibilities:

Schedule and manage trucking appointments.

Understanding of logistical field, warehouse experience is a plus

Excellent computer skills, especially with google docs and excel spreadsheets.

Customer Service experience is a must with the ability to work well with others inside and outside the company.

Organization is vital with being able to multitask.

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
